The date September 7, 2011 has been rumoured to be when Apple will be launch the widely anticipated iPhone 5. Kodawarisan, a Japanese website was the one responsible in spreading the rumour which is the date of the annual fall event and since then Apple users and reviewers around the world have been talking about it and what one could expect from the latest iPhone.

Mango – Windows Phone 7 from Microsoft

Microsoft has announced that the new Windows Phone 7 is called Mango. The software giant has already released the version for manufacturers for Operating System testing as well as for compatibility testing too. It is expected to be available in a few weeks’ time where Fujitsu is most likely the first and then Nokia, Samsung, LG and HTC will follow suit.

The new operating system does not look that different from those currently in the market although it is now easier to use and somewhat smarter. For the 2011 line-up Sony has introduced the Cyber-shot HX9V which is also the most expensive amongst its siblings. Compared to the compact megazooms that Sony has to offer, the Cyber-shot HX9V is entirely new and it seems that Sony has decided to cramp in all of the company’s latest Cyber-shot technologies into this particular camera.

What you will find in the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V is the 16-megapixel Exmor R sensor, a 16x ultrawide-angle 24mm-equivalent Sony G lens, and a high speed linear focusing system.  Like most of the cameras that you will find in the market today, the new DSC-HX9V also shoots full HD at 60p.
